There is a reason why HJC is considered a leading brand of motorcycle helmets. From top-to-bottom, there is something unique and common in the HJC helmet series. Availability is also very important in the helmet industry. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter how good a helmet is, if it is not available on the market. But HJC stands out in this category.
Today, we provide you with a review of the HJC RPHA 10 Pro Helmet. This street helmet won many hearts. This street helmet comes with very cool designs and graphics that are perfect for the young generation motorcyclists. Some may find this helmet a little costly but if you are not into graphics, then you can choose suitable models that are comparatively low in price.
Nevertheless, it is just an opinion. But I believe once you see the details of the HJC RPHA 10 Pro, you will find it completely comfortable, reasonably quiet, and worth every single penny. On top of that, it meets the DOT and SNELL M2015 safety standards. So, without wasting any more time, let’s take a look at the HJC RPHA 10 Pro Helmet Review.
HJC RPHA 10 Pro Motorcycle Helmet Review
Shell Design & Protection Level
The HJC RPHA 10 Pro comes in 4 graphic designs and 5 solid colors that are all aerodynamically stable. It features the Advanced P.I.M. (Premium Integrated Matrix) technology that you will only see in premium helmets. It is manufactured with a composition of Carbon fiber, aramid, fiberglass, and non-woven fabric that creates a very strong and lightweight shell, that is specifically designed for maximum impact absorption and superior fit. This quality makes the HJC RPHA 10 Pro one of few lightweight full-face premium helmets that will perform for you in any circumstance.
Face Shield & Visibility
With the HJC RPHA 10 Pro helmet, nothing will get in your way. Its eye-port is both wide and tall. It will give you a racing sports experience on the streets. Not just that, it has the Optically Superior Pinlock 2D Flat-Racing Shield that blocks 95% of the harmful UV rays from the sun. It also includes an anti-fogging system and an anti-scratch coating.
The innovative Center One-Touch Open/Close Locking System is designed for an extremely secure seal. And for simple and quick tool-less removal and installation of the shield, it has the most effective RapidFire II Shield Replacement System, which is very efficient.
Ventilation System
The HJC RPHA 10 Pro features the AC-S (Advanced Channeling Ventilation System).
That means, maximum ventilation even in the hot summer with temperatures around 90-95 degrees Celsius. This AC-S helps you stay cool by removing heat and humidity through the rear and the top of the helmet. For maximum airflow, the top venting system has 2 roller wheels to open and close the vent ports. All you have to do is control them as needed. Once the air starts flowing, the helmet will fill with cool air.
But, don’t worry. It’s rear exhaust vent (diffuser) that is always open, removes the hot air from the helmet and maintains maximum airflow. In that way, you can control the noise level and airflow in the helmet without any problem. However, the chin vent is not as effective as the top vents. The horizontal vent is not wide enough. On the contrary, the appearance is too small on the front of the chin bar.
So, overall the ventilation system of the HJC RPHA 10 Pro helmet is quite good. But it could be more effective.
Interior
The SilverCool Plus Interior is the reason for an outstanding interior feature provided by HJC in the RPHA 10 Pro helmet. This premium interior wicks away moisture from the helmet and provides a dry, soft feel all day. SilverCool Plus is an advanced anti-bacterial fabric with Ginkgo extract. Moreover, the crown and cheek pads are totally washable and removable.
Anyways, the fit of the interior padding varies with different people. So, I would really suggest you measure your head size to confirm the right fit of the helmet.

One of the major plus points of the HJC RPHA 10 Pro is that it feels extremely light. It is one of the lightest helmets out there. The interior is another factor that puts this helmet on top. It has an extremely comfortable interior, unlike many other helmets. You can also remove and wash the crown and cheek pads. The ventilation is fantastic as well. The SilverCool interior is a moisture-wicking advanced anti-bacterial fabric that plays a significant role in keeping you cool in extreme heat. It has an Advanced Channeling Ventilation System, which means a full front-to-back airflow that removes heat and humidity in order to keep your head cool.
Even though it is quite light, the composition of carbon fiber, aramid, fiberglass, and organic non-woven materials create a durable and remarkably protective shell that, as we mentioned earlier, is extremely lightweight. So, the helmet gets a thumbs up when it comes to safety as well. The RPHA-10 Pro Helmet is a more aggressive style helmet when compared to other helmets in the RPHA (Revolutionary Performance Helmet Advantage) family. It is an impressive model, as there isn’t much negative to say about it. The RPHA 10 Pro definitely gets a thumbs up from us.
I hope this review helps you to decide whether to get one or not. But, as we reviewed all these details, I believe the HJC RPHA 10 Pro is one hell of a helmet. Only a few helmets come with these many qualities in this price range.
